How to Not Feel Guilty About 'Me Time'

Many of us feel guilty for things we do or don't do - for taking time out for ourselves, for not doing more for others, for working while we think we should be parenting and vice versa. But guilt is just the surface level emotion. Let's dig a bit deeper and discover what's really going on. Because only then can we lift out of the drama in our minds and release ourselves from the weight of guilt.
