Meet our Founder - Karen Williams

I started KW&Co with a fire in my belly after facilitating conferences between offenders and victims within the justice system. These legal conversations are designed to repair harm caused and reintegrate people back into their communities. During this time, I learned what was possible when people are empowered to practice self-leadership in hard moments, compassion and come together to have real and brave conversations.

Combined with my coaching experience, I knew I had to bring this methodology to a wider audience so I left my safe and secure senior role in the Department of Communities and moved back to Melbourne to start my business on a borrowed laptop in a walk-in-robe…true story!

Since then KW&Co has partnered with over 100 organisations, coaching leaders and teams to grow and achieve new commercial results together through our Leadership Excellence System™.
