Bring The Best Out In Your People

With new knowledge and awareness we can give good advice, but without developing our capacity, any advice we give is unlikely to cause and sustain behavioural change. In the coaching and development of your people, the most important element is role modelling for them, and supporting in them, the development of their capacity - ie: their ability to live and breathe the new knowledge and awareness.
