After 14 years of growing Karen Williams & Co, I took a moment to pause and reflect - “What do I really want this business to be about?”. I wanted to reconnect with the essence of why I started this mission in the first place.

I knew I couldn’t stay where we were, the team were working hard but we didn’t have the systems and support we needed. We could go back to where we’d been before, but that wasn’t inspiring at all. I wanted to breakthrough into a new future, I just didn’t know how yet.
